We share the possibilities of STEM opportunities for all Using our E³ impact model

Ava The STEM Princess® aka Ava The STEM Ambassador™ most important goal is to reach individuals who are visual learners like herself, who are not aware of STEM or have limited access to STEM She wants to remind the world that we are all unique, intelligent, talented, creative, and innovative. Once you identify your learning style, you can unlock your inner Genius and be the Genius you are! Hands-on STEM activities can play a significant role in personal skills exploration. Most importantly, it nurtures creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication, which are the essential skills of the future.

Encourage x Engage x Empower = E³ Impact

Encourage

Encourage all to believe in themselves and identify their unique talents so they can make a positive impact on the world

Engage

Engage all using fun knowledge-sharing activities to unleash their unique talents

Empower

Empower all to use their unique talents and to never let their challenges define their future

12-year-old Ava is proof that inspiration has no age requirement. Like many children, Ava experienced academic challenges in school. Traditionally practiced learning, like the conventionally taught textbook method or standardized testing seemed to only single her out to her peers and teachers as a “poor performer”. Her struggle to fit into a preconceived academic system affected her socially and mentally because she “didn’t fit the mold”. Then came Ava The STEM Princess® aka Ava The STEM Ambassador™, Team Genius Squad, and The Mobile STEM Lab. Enjoy these fun videos of Team Genius Squad activities and The Mobile STEM Lab in the Community!
